Program Notes:

munk punq tezilo is a one movement work for mixed quintet commissioned by Ensemble KOMPULZ and completed in 2014. The piece deals with simple recurring elements that evolve against ever-shifting textural, rhythmic, and harmonic contexts. As in several other works of mine, there is (at times) a preoccupation with the way things come together and drift apart. mpt was premiered at the Sonica Festival in Ljubljana in November 2014.
